Radiant Office (2017)

Radiant Office is also about the struggles of new people in an office, their bosses, office life, business, etc. But it is lighter and brighter with a subtle romance. While Misaeng (Incomplete Life) is on the more serious and darker side.

When I first saw FL in My Treasure, she reminded me of Go Ah Sung (FL in Radiant Office). Similarities between My Treasure and Radiant Office: 1. Both dramas are about life struggles 2. Both dramas are about pursuing dreams in career life 3. ML in both dramas is a Boss or Leader in a team 4. FL in both dramas has a strong & bold character 5. Has a slight romance (this is the main point for me <3) 6. FL at Radiant Office started as an intern then worked as a permanent employee

Both involve a female office worker who thinks she has a terminal illness and therefor start changing her attitude from a meek to a much more fighting one.. which starts changing her life.

Both are office dramas, starring Ha Suk Jin in which he plays a somewhat despicable man (he is a better human in RO), while the female worker is honest and desperate by default (more desperate in DS)..

Both are recent office dramas which involve a somewhat unbelievable situations for examples of the struggles of the employers of the companies and have comedic aspects.

Both depicts the strugling of the modern office workers and try to take a look at them. Both include un-even couples within the same company. While MT&NJG depicts a modern grown woman in a somewhat traditional society; 3 generations men of the same family and a struggling dad, trying to raise his children.. RO depicts 3 youngsters fighting for a job for which they are not quite capable of, a mother trying to break the glass ceiling and raise herself as a manager. Both have a protagonist that tries to break his prejudice and mistrust of others about himself, but first starts crushing his/her prejudice about others. Both have changed a lot of jobs, before landing amd finding his/her place finally in this one. In both their partner has a calmer temper, but is not a complete push-over as it raises himself/herself into a fighter of some sort. Main couples in both live neirby to one another and somewhat run to each other even outside work. They grow to like one another- as they start to understand better the problems of the other.

Both showcase healthy relationships between the leads and deal with their emotions in a very subtle and sensitive manner. They are both rooted in reality and deal with prevalent issues without being preachy or boring. It's definitely refreshing to see male leads respecting their partners and giving them their space. They are both slow romances, Radiant office more so but that's part of what makes it so gratifying at the end. They are not your typical K dramas and are hence grossly underrated. They are not for everyone but they're definitely worth your time.

Slow burn office romance from enemies to friends to love interest all the office polities and what not a very silimar in both shows

both shows are about office romance .... both shows also have similarities in work related drama polities and friendships made in the office

both shows have the same male lead which is Ha Seok-jin ... and is the boss that manages an office which is very similar. Love story wise not so much but you get the jist of it

Both of the shows are in office settings. They both have angry bosses.

Have similarities because of the role played by Ha Soek Jin? Maybe yes..In my opinion, I think he likes to choose roles as men who look confident in their lives haha.. In addition, both dramas have stories about how the main roles struggle to have a stable job with all the effort they have and it causes admiration and love between them.

Both shows revolves around three interns (two guys and a girl) who enter a company at the same time... and their young boss. The female intern starts raise her voice about the injustices in the company and drags into the fights her co-workers. She and her boss starts to develop feelings one for another.

Both revolve around office politics and romance. Both are a great mixture of clever, cute, serious, funny etc. etc.

U can feel the same office aura, with our FL being belittled by her boss, and having to watch her Co workers go through a lot. She finally explodes and the journey begins
