Pearl (2013)

Both female leads meet the guy of their life but the male leads both die. One female lead gets pregnant while another gets jailed. It isn't until years later when they meet another man who's quite similar to their first love.

Very similar storyline... but child is older...Korean drama has more comedy & really sweet romance.
