A popular teenager inexplicably finds herself in the body of an unpopular classmate - and her body's new owner has no intention of switching back. The series centers on Ayumi Kohinata, a first-year high school student who has a cute and shy personality. She's excited that she just started dating her first boyfriend, but on the day of their first date, she gets a mysterious call from her classmate Zenko Umine. Zenko says she's going to die, and Ayumi witnesses Zenko jumping from a building. The next thing she knows, Ayumi wakes up in a hospital, but in Zenko's body.

A single postbox stands alone in a wide field. It is postbox where many people who have lost their loved ones drop in letters for those in heaven. Ha Na is one of those people who comes again to mail a letter. She meets a young man called Jae Joon there. He tells Ha Na that he is the 'postman to heaven' and proposes that she help him with his work. His job is to convey letters and heal the hearts of the senders. As Ha Na spends time with him, her emotional scars are healed and the two of them seem attracted to each other. However, at that moment, Ha Na realises that Jae Joon has a big secret. Why is he working as a postman?

Kenta, a young pianist who has just lost his job, is drowning his woes at a bar when he meets a man in a Hawaiian shirt named Yamaki. He invites Kenta to work with him, and the next thing he knows, Kenta wakes up to find himself in a room he has never been in before. It is a strange room that seems to have no connection to life. Yamaki appears once again and tells him that this is Heaven's Book Service, and Kenta is going to start working a short-term, part-time job here. In addition to selling books, this bookstore, owned by Yamaki, provides a service of reading aloud to customers. Although he is unsure of his new surroundings, Kenta follows their actions and starts to work in his new part-time job.
