It tells the story of Qing Cai, the late king's son, who lives anonymously in a small town to stay away from court disputes until his adoptive father, Han Zhong, gets in touch. To save his adoptive father, he has to disguise himself as a woman and sneak into a small town that only recruits Ming women. In Yishan Village, they met Gan Po, an orphan from Momen who came seeking revenge, as well as Wang Yi Shao, Han Ai Zhen, Gao Gao, each with their own identities and purposes. In the process, Qing Cai told many ridiculous stories to hide his identity, and at the same time, he developed feelings for Gan Pu. The two stopped being enemies and started falling in love.
