Poon, a hardworking young man, quit school to support himself and his brother after their parents' death. Struggling to make ends meet with his somtum stall, Poon's life changes when a customer recruits him as a chef at a hotel owned by Tian, a hot-headed businessman. Despite their bad history, Poon reluctantly accepts Tian's challenge. Tian secretly loves Poon's cooking but refuses to admit it, claiming the food is terrible.
