This about a Gumiho too, it's a little more close too this one too.

They ressemble each other in the Gumiho thing.

In My Love from the star the ML is an alien & FL is an actress. In Nine Tailed Fox aka Forbbiden Love the ML is a human & FL is a fox clan warrior. Is a bit different plot with a fantasy & romance story. Many people said the drama is so so but for me it's interesting to watch.
