Both are set in the countryside and have the same vibe, with one of the leads coming from bangkok and having to adjust. Both are quite funny with spontaneous musical moments.

“To Me, It’s Simply You” also depicts the romance between the main couple who each comes from the city and the countryside respectively. It shows how the main character who comes from the city has to adapt with life in the countryside while falling in love with the people there. Not only the concepts are similar, but the vibes or the tone are also similar because they’re light, feel-good and funny.

The countryside plot is similar, BUT the story is much more coherent, realistic and funnier in TMIISY. *ML is a rich, spoiled, urban guy in both. * FL is a down-to-earth rural girl. But, for me, TMIISY is such a better series (and story) !! - viewers can learn a lot on organic culture and environnement protection. - characters are coherent and smart - Less melodrama and violence (in TRA, too many slaps, tears, stupid tricks). => If you haven't yet, go watch "To me, it's simply you"...
