Both these dramas focusbon a strong female lead who is the CEO of a corporation. Also, another similarity that can be noted is that in the two dramas, the leads enter a marriage of convenience which eventually leads to their falling in love.

Both of these dramas feature a couple who starts off in a marriage not born of love that quickly turns dysfunctional (or abusive in the case of MMLY) due to misunderstandings/assumptions. The Female lead falls first in both of these shows. Both dramas feature a dysfunctional family on the FL's side. MAJOR SPOILERS: Both dramas feature the leads having a child that the ML does not know about due to circumstances that led to divorce. As well as a male best friend that is presumed by the ML to be the father. And despite all, the both end in complete happy ever afters for the leads.

Female lead is more powerful than male lead But this is a modern drama not historical. Married couple love triangles. Family issues.

Nearing her thirties, Lu Fangning succumbs to family pressures and decides that she urgently needs a husband with whom she will have a child. Coincidentally, surgeon Ling Rui appears in front of her. Ling Rui is not only blessed with good looks but also has an angelic heart, which makes him the perfect candidate in the eyes of Lu Fangning. She schemes her way to his life and they finally become husband and wife. Lu Fangning eventually realizes the error in her ways and strives to be better. However, keeping a marriage is not as easy as it seems.

In Begin Again main couple doesn’t have arrange marriage but its marriage of convenience so similar in a way. Also, female leaves and has secret child and they get back together again. Very similar plot. If you like one, you will definitely like another.

So its complicated, first of all China is much modern than Thai dramas which I have watched but the similar storyline there since , PCKNMCPW is based off the same drama/book that Begin Again is made off of. There will definitely be changes as the second couple storyline is definitely going to be more developed both secondary couples are already cute anyways. Spoilers: The FL does not want a child.( Thai) There is an annoying third party.( Thai ) Thai Both hate each other at start. ( ML in begin again both in Thai) Mutual developing love.( Both) They met on an island as opposed to normal meeting in Begin Again.( Thai) Strong but Spoiled FL In Thai Strong not spoiled FL in Begin Again. Both get married for same reasons though/forced marriage/pressures.(Both) Both obviously have multiple couples.(Both) Both SML will find love.(Both) Both already have chemistry. ( Begin Again has more in my opinion but its not finished yet).(Both) Both are cute and serious in there ways.(Both) Great start(Both) RECOMMEND: If you know how Lakorns are and if your waiting in between episodes. Childhood love story that bring the couple together and both drama the ML profession is doctor. There also friendship and family members support the couple relationship

- In both shows, the dominant female leads elects the male lead to be her child's father. They just firmly say "give me a child" and that's it, while the male leads disagree at first because they believe love should be involved to constitute a family. - Female leads are in an urge to marry/have a child due to someone else advice whom already passed away.

- Not the same plot but the both the FL in the these drama are CEO's of a big company. - FL attitude kind of similar, they both so bossy.

There are quite some similarities between these two: ? The leads love each other despite the obstacles they faced and their chemistry is good. ? Secret Child, co-parenting... ? There is a span of time where the leads separate due to circumstances, but re-unites. ? While the male lead in LNF is the rich CEO, the FL in Begin Again is the Rich CEO. ? Both children in each show are sooooo cute. Definitely recommend this drama! ??
