A drama with identical twins where one twin pretend to be the other while one is recovering from an accident. She also finds love along the way as she finds herself.

I haven't watched this drama, but the plot sounds exactly like the plot to Ugly Beauty, except outside the film industry/ celebrity world.

Similarities -in the brightest star in the sky the Fl is the assistant of the Ml in the entertainment biz -in ugly beauty the Ml is the assistant to the Fl in the entertainment biz -in both the Fl liked the Sml first -in both the Ml has ptsd with a fear of fire

-Same concept. Twin Sisters identity swap. -Younger sister assume the identity of talented older sister while older sister mysteriously goes missing. -Younger sister fell in love with ML
