It a Japanese remake of this movie. love how they choose the actor and actress here they very similar and both sad. Very recommend.

Two stories about growing up and moving on You are the apple of my eye is a guy chasing girl, while So young is about a girl chasing guy

Both are set in the late 90s/early 2000s and the stories span over highschool, university and adulthood

Same type of plot line where the romancing starts in school and then moves on as they grow up. The growth of a group of friends.
