Seinaru Kaibutsutachi (2012)

Okada Masaki is the main lead in both. He also plays the role of a surgeon. Although in one he comes off as cold and distant and in the other he's the opposite of that.

Although these shows are different in setting (high school vs. hospital) the main theme of both is the battle between good and bad inner sides of ourselves.
