3 Papas (2017)

Both dramas have a similar plot line about three men with different personality handling a baby.

In both dramas a baby is left with multiple men who could possibly be the biological father and take care of the child together.

The plots are similar because they deal with three men and a mysterious baby. Neither of them is father though, I think.
