Healer

8.8 2014

It follows the same plot of an undercover 'agent' who has to hide his identity in order to complete his missions. Falls in love with the LI while on a mission resulting in her becoming his 'weakness' and someone he has to save. Like healer, the LI starts off with a 'crush' on the second lead but eventually falls for the main guy. You have your nice share of corrupt politicians and people in higher power. The comedy feel in Healer is enhanced more in man to man but there is still a good amount of action/tense scenes. I would really recommend watching this is if you loved Healer, both lead actors are great.
The K2

I'm seeing a lot of parallels between The K2 and Man to Man. Ex-military, bodyguard living under a fake name, agent k, overseas filming, corrupt politician, action, etc. The plots are different, and Man to Man seems to be more comedy based, but the similarities are obviously there.
Both dramas have.. -undercover spies that are awkward with emotional feelings -spies end up have some relationship to an idol -cute, fun, spunky sidekicks/side characters -romantic relationships that affect the spies' mission -fun comedy -stoic male leads -male leads' sunglasses give them an unexpected amount of personality that speaks for itself -female leads use a friend to attract male leads' attention -unexpected plot development -fun, enjoyable, romancy
Both dramas are light romcoms with action, involving an actor's bodyguard hiding his/her secret identity.
The K2

8.2 2016

- They both share the romance/comedy/action combination genre. - Both male leads serves as bodyguards - Both male leads have a military background - Both female leads have an interesting personality - The plot of presidential candidates exists in both dramas - Power, mind games/manipulation, corruption is in both
similar in the way that one lead is a famous actor and the other people are his manager & work for him. The dynamic is funny. Both actor & manager/pr are very close However "Man To Man" is a bromance heavy action/spy comedy and "Shooting Stars" is a romcom.
A former spy in Okusa wa and an undercover agent in man to man.. Both series have a spy falling in love with an ordinary person.. involving him in his mess..and trying to figure out how to escape his destiny.. yell his partner the truth..and find a way to lead a quiet live with him/her.
Pontifex Rembrary, a character known for his divine powers, gets transported to a new world while fighting a devil. He possesses the body of Woo Yeon Woo, a member of an unpopular idol group, and helps turn the group's fortunes around after a disastrous live performance. With his charisma and divine powers, he becomes popular among fans but faces challenges from his past, contending with strange religious groups and the devil.
They are both funny, and of course, has that guardian angel that has insane skills. I have not finished Man to Man yet, but I plan to. And Terius Behind You, is a big reason why. So, if you have not seen Man to Man yet, I strongly recommend it. You can find it on Netflix, or at the other sources.
This drama is also about bodyguards, with an action, romance, and thriller tag and feel to it. Personally from the trailer itself I think it gives off a funny vibe too. And it also has 16 episodes just like SWDBS :)
Brain Works

8.0 2023

Very strong bromance moments you'll absolutely love in both. Lots of action and comedy in both. Brain works is more of medical/science crime drama and Man to Man is action comedy
They have similar feeling SL is hidden gem, full of action and fighting corruption MM has more romance
Wild Romance

7.4 2012

Both involve a celebrity and his relationship with his bodiguard.
Vincenzo

8.9 2021

Man to Man is more lightweight than Vincenzo. Either way, the action scenes both dramas have is fire. They both show their soft side to the people they love but seem cold to others and make calculated decisions before anything happens. Until the day they mess with the woman they love, of course. That day they go berserk and make emotional decisions. Vincenzo is darker with an anti-hero theme. I am not sure if the recommendation would live up to the expectation the other way around: from Vincenzo to Man to Man. If you enjoyed espionage and strong male leads who don't go suddenly good-for-the-girl cliche, Vincenzo is a good follow-up.
The Veil

The plot is not similar but both dramas ML are NIS best agent (except MTM he becomes a ghost agent to do missions) Both dramas are Action pack , thriller & many more (only in MTM he becomes an undercover agent by disguising himself as an Action Celebrity Stars Bodyguard to do the mission) I suggest to watch both dramas as they will keep you on the edge at every episodes
