A young woman named Ichiko returns to her rural mountain village of Komori after being unable to find her place in the city. While there, she lives self-sufficiently, taking advantage of local seasonal ingredients for the meals she prepares for herself. The film will depict both the blessings and harshness of nature as Ichiko continues surviving on her own through the changing seasons. ~~ Adapted from the manga series “Little Forest” (リトル・フォレスト) by Igarashi Daisuke (五十嵐大介).
