Hibinuma Takurou is a senior in high school. He isn't very good at studying or sports, but he loves rock music. After graduation Takurou heads to Tokyo. He begins to perform at a legendary live club. When Takurou gets really excited during his performance, he takes off his clothes. Takurou meets Utagawa Saki, top idol who is known throughout the world. Takurou's life changes because of the meeting. ~~ Based on the manga series 'Hibi Rock' by Enokiya Katsumasa.
