Giving heart to someone else... PLUS!! Jung Kyung Ho (Falling for Innocence) is Sooyoung's (Spring Day of My Life) boyfriend in real life and they did a drama with a similar plot. How funny is that? Lol.

In both dramas there is a younger woman-older man relationship. The woman has some kind of sickness.

It's also about receiving a heart transplant from someone and falling in love with their spouse/lover..

Both dramas regarding heart transplants from previous lovers. TSDOML is better than SS in story wise, since SS was a little bit drag on and second male n female leads make you frustrated.

Both dramas have terminal illness -- leads who feel life has forsaken them but in the process of trying to accept their fate they find ou that life is worth living even if for a moment

terminal illnesses..... different ending but same feels... especially when in the hospital :))

They are similar in some parts. The ML is a widower and has kids and is older. the FL helps with the kids.

Both this drama and the film Tenshi no Koi deal with an age gap relationship wherein the male is the older lead. Both deal with disease and illness in characters and both seem to have underlying deeper meanings.
