Circle of Love (2023)

Steamy short length series set in the Republican era. The FL is out for revenge, and is forced to work as a maid.

Both are set in the Republican era and have a similar premise with characters that have a ambivalent relationship dynamic.

Both are mini dramas with the same actor as the ML, in which the FL is betrayed and returns for revenge against the ML with the two falling into a love/hate relationship. Both are historical, although set in different eras.

Both are Republican Era mini dramas in which the FL wrongfully blames the ML for destroying her family and enters his house for revenge where the MLs treats her coldly or cruelly.

Both ares stories of a love-hate relationship wherein the man lied to her about his identity and is framed into being guilty of murdering her family, and though she hates him she can't get rid of her feelings for him.

Both are republican era love stories with mean/badass MLs and lots of steamy scenes. CR is a full length drama while CoL is a mini-series. ML in CR is from the mafia, ML from CoL is governer of the city. Both are revenge based where the FL believes the ML killed her fam (comes later in CR).

When I saw the preview of Circle of Love, I automatically thought of False Face and True Feelings. They are in the same time period and are both short series with hot male leads. The differance is just that one of them has a sad ending.

Kinda similar plot and whole story ML is the biggest red flag, do anything to keep the girl The ML killed the family members of the FL but deeply falls in love with FL, In circle of love the FL and ML have a tragic ending but this time i think they will have happy ending and the ML is more vicious than circle of love here.

It’s a slap-and-kiss drama with a monster for a ML. Even still, their chemistry is titillating. You feel appalled, but keep watching anyway. Even though it’s rough, it’s toned down and softer.

Ye Qing Lan, the only daughter of the second branch of the Ye family, was framed by the former eldest young master of the Mu family. Then she becomes an unwilling bride to wash away bad luck, which ensues in revenge. From now on, Ye Qing Lan has to fight green tea bitches, scumbags and an evil mother-in-law.

the male leads have the same vibe, both cold and the female leads are likeable, if you like one you will like the other

Some small spoilers ahead... Circle of Love and Goodby my princess are similar in the following ways: 1. Unapologetically toxic male lead 2. Female lead who starts out innocent 3. Second male lead who is deceitful 4. Multiple deaths 5. Amnesia

Both are Republican Era Love love stories. Similarities: Smart and powerful ML Smart and clever FL Tons of Chemistry, lots of cute moments and kisses Scheming SFL Handsome SML Lots of plotting Differences- Fall in Love is a full length series ML is a little mean in the first couple episodes, but NOTHING compared to the ML in Circle of Love. It's a super entertaining historical romance. Highly recommended!
