A fictional, historical drama about the ambition, rise and fall of real and fictional characters. Basically the struggle of the characters
Both shows are about the fight for succession of the throne after a relatively stable time! They have incredible political twists and turns & no one is really who they appear to be. The chessboard is literally constantly changing with each event. While NiF is a longer palace drama and features slower & hidden political machinations for the throne, Queen Woo jampacks most of that fight in just 8 episodes.
