Both are comedy dramas about office ladies. Both are based on famous manga. Both are very similar...........................

Different job roles, a lawyer and a reporter but both are focusing on different cases through the episode and how they deal with it. Great amount of peer input from their colleagues and super character development. the stories are only getting better through both show.

An older woman-younger man relationship. The woman takes things seriously while the man likes to "live his life".
