Intruder (2020)

- They are both thriller but doesn't follow the same storyline. - I prefer Parasite over Intruder - For some reason they have the same vibes.

Has a similar premise, where a sibling goes missing to then return. The sibling who has been missing is behaving suspiciously and not like themselves.

They are both about a cult manipulating the people involved in the main character's life. Both are unnerving and unpredictable which keeps you engaged throughout.
