Hiyama Atsuhiro is a car mechanic and an engineer at Spica Racing Factory. Hiyama Naozumi is a troublemaker yet a talented young driver for Spica Racing Factory, who hopes to advance to the World Rally Championship. He is also Atsuhiro's younger brother. The siblings always fight about Naozumi reckless driving and an awful mood begins to drift to the team as well.
