The Lover (2015)

Both dramas have the same vibe, at least for me, they both have really weird plot points, and they're really funny. Plus they both focus on people living together.

Both dramas: - tell stories of neighbours, in reply they know each other since kids and in the other are couples who live in the same building - are hilarious - have cute romance - have the same vibe - that dialogs owo - every character is important and have its own story (bonus: in the lover you have bl)

These dramas are very similar in that they both revolve around the stories of couples in the same building. They both also include a gay couple. However, Tonari no Kazoku wa Aoku Mieru does not have much of a comedy elements.
