In order to know the joy of being called "Goshiso-san" when cooking natto, Meiko decides to make a lunch box for Yutaro. When asked about his favorite food, the answer is "Omusubi" (rice balls). She tries to make rice balls, but fails because she is not used to it. It is difficult to cook rice in a kettle and hold a hot rice ball, and she is struggling while being taught by Iku. Yutaro says, "I believe in your taste," when Meiko makes different rice balls, for example, changing the salt, and makes several kinds of salt rice balls for tasting.
