Xiaoju wakes up at Shiyi's home and he explains the situation to her. He leaves immediately as Shen Duo had requested him to join for training at the club. However, on his arrival, he finds out that she had lied about it to get him to come alone. He warns her not to fool him again. Xiaoju sees Cheng Lang waiting for Lin You at the bus stop and tells him that she won't be coming as she was accompanying her mom to finalize the divorce. She gets on the bus alone and stops at an advertisement board to look for part time jobs to support her family. Lu Shiyi joins her and decides to help her with the search. Huang Jun tries to help Shiyi's situation with Xiaoju, but he declines it, telling him that all he wants was for her to be happy and that he doesn't care whom she likes. Cheng Lang and Lin You have a heart to heart talk about their parents after she returns to the university.
