Part 1: Two patients are sent to the ER at the same time. One is a detective with a gunshot wound, and the other is a gang leader whose chest got stabbed. When both patients are in critical condition, there’s only one doctor who can operate on the severely injured patients, which is Yong Joo. He tells Min Guk to operate on one of them.
