The cat burglar "Little John" appears in town, stealing from the rich and giving to the poor, with the local newsreporter Mari calling him a modern Robin Hood. The Hermit tells Takeru that Robin Hood is one of the other Eyecons that he must gather, so he goes to meet with Mari to get help in tracking down Little John.
